Well happy day.
I skated on Monday and this morning. Ugh. I had a rough time getting up I am such a lazy girl.
Last night we went to eat dinner at the Hyatt Regency. It was free, the whole meal. Blizzie plays there now so we get free food.
Anyhow, we went there last night, Christabelle met us and it was all four of us eating dinners, cool huh? What a great time and we ate too much…
Well, I did. I had crabbbb cakes and they were very huge and good and yuummyyy too. Shoosh I was realllly full.
All of the hotel people recognised Blizkin and said hello to her.
So, then we came home and I was feeling soooo hyper and full that we went for a walk. then when we came home I was incredibly sleepy and took a shower. Oh man I was exhausted and really I did hardly anything yesterday all day… watered my gardens and just pretty much goofed off.
This morning I was supposed to wake up at 7:00 and be out of the house at 9 to leave for the rink. I woke up at 8:10, oh no… really.
Hubby has been getting up at 6 and leaving the house for meetings in Arlington so he is not around in the early morning downstairs clumping around just making a lot of noise.
Hoo boy, so I had to snarf breakfast, jump in the shower and get perky and get dressed and fly out of here. Good thing Blizzie was home, she did all of the morning slave duties such as scooping the litter boxes and other stuff like that.
I made it to the rink okay and after I got my boots on, I realized I did not have my jacket, I also did not find my phone anywhere in my bag.
wow, what a flake. so I had to skate in a little frippy shirt and it was very very very cold. This was the dance session and there were only about 6 people.
It was quite good but my hands were really cold and my brrrrr my arms were chilly too. I suffered and skated for two hours, then I left.
Jim brought his dance CD so that was nice. I can not do any ice dances I do not know if I can do this… I think I can.
If I decide to take some lessons, it would probably be with Dimitri and in the Fall. Alexi is a terrific guy but he already has a zillion students.
So, I am home now and now I am finally boiling hotEvery day it is something with Pierro, Monday I spent a half hour cleaning up glass….
Today, this morning as I was rushing around, I came into the family room and noticed Pierro got his head stuck under the couch,
he was pulling and tugging. I had to lift the couch up a bit to set him free.
Now he likes to go to Princess and knock her out of where ever she is sleeping. This is very bad and he needs to cut that out. Here are a few pics and then really I must get going here. and invent something for dinners
I will try to do some random visiting this eveninghere is Pierro McSkunkersons

He loves this toy. We call it the dingfeatherhere he is “helping” me clean out the pantry after I discovered a leaking can of some sugary drink

Oh I have bundles more. i think I have more photos of the kitties than of anything else… okay maybe not.
Here are three more and then I have to run off.
Pierro and Prinnie

I think kittens are worse than babies for getting into mischief—but they sure are a lot of fun to watch in their antics. I am sure that Pierro just wants Prinnie to play and doesn’t realize she is too old for such foolishness!! lol
Crabbie cakes!! I absolutely love them! I remember them from when I was small and living in NJ (before moving to AZ). We would spend a couple weeks down at the short in south Jersey, and would go crabbing. Some of the crabs we would eat just plain, and some of them my grandmother would make into crab cakes! YUM!!
What a nice place Blizzie is playing at—and great perks, too! I think I would eat there every week!!
Ken made dinner tonight. Was too fattening, but will go down on the bike in the basement and work some of it off! Scrambled eggs with some leftover hamburger in them, along with mushrooms. That was my quota of eggs for the week.
he sounds like a hot and I hope he calms down alittle with age. But isn’t he cute!
that is nice that you get to eat at her job.
you always carry a jacket or sweater in your car -don’t you? I just stopped cause it’s 100 degrees here.
You USED to skate all the time!!! And gimme me some Maryland crab cakes!!! double yummy!!!!
Pierro is a trip!! I love catikins and kittikins. They are awesome. They can go anywhere and jump up high and they purr!!!! I love his face!!
MsBlizz knows how to do it!!!
You can send him here to me if you don’t like him anymore!!

Awesome kitty pictures, crabby cakes….my fav, and brrrrr.
Doesn’t skating warm you up?
I sure hope Pierro has learned his lesson and doesn’t pull the couch stunt when you are gone.
That’s the longest legged kitty ever I did see! Glad to hear from you… hope you are all caught up!

That kitten is the cutest thing!
Wonderful perk, free meals for the whole family. I think I might eat there every night! LOL
Kittens have to be the most entertaining and mischievous critters that God ever invented. I think He invented them so we could laugh and also get lots of comfort and friendship. How well I remember when our 3(2 cats and JouJou) would completely trash the house but how can one get angry at such adorable sweet little things. From a playful kitten, they grow into a wonderful friend. I don’t think I would ever want to be without a cat.
The food sounds yummy and I bet being free made it even better! The kitten is cute! Full of energy and mischief!
Skating without a jacket? Couldn’t they have turned up the heat?
Have I been by here to tell you that I am just loving Pierro? I can’t remember if I had commented or not! He is precious!
Pierro looks like a little mischievous cat . He manages to be loved by the family . Finally he is really a family cat !
Glad to konow you are rushing in the rink , in the glass cleaning and you enjoyed the meal at the hotel where Elizabeth is playing in .
I was amazed your mother knows the first verse of ” la Marseillaise ” :
” Allons enfants de la patrie , le jour de gloire est arrivĂ© ”
But you know some words of this National anthemn are hard . It is a revolutionary and patriotic song . .
I wish you a great week Rosemary .
Love
Michel
What sort of cats are yours? They are so interesting looking.
