  • hello.
I am presently typing this blog with this ridiculous boy

    sitting on my left arm.

I hope everyone is doing terrifical.
shoooosh I have been really busy.
I just recovered from some virus thing that gave me a constant headache for about 5 days.
    I am much better, finally.

I baked a peach pie yesterday.
    It turned out so yummy.

this morning I took Princess to the doc for her 6 month check up and also because she was scratching her ear.
She hates going to the vet. When Caesar was alive I used to take them together and she used to hide in the back part of the prison box (carrier) and Caesar would sit bravely in the front, protecting her. Now she must go on alone. I am taking good care of her. She is 17 now.

Skating, I have not been skating. The rink does not have any convenient sessions available so no skating for me.
This is okay, I have been busy enough and I hate summer heat, so I hang around the house a lot.

Blizkin has been playing at the hotel and enjoying it.
    sorry this is so fuzzy

There are all sorts of exciting things going on here.
I am missing xanga but I just doooo not have time.

My mom and dad are doing okay, still doing quite well. We have been visiting them frequently.

I think I will go shopping tomorrow.
    Love to all of you

  • the photo of your daughter looked fine and that is cool that she gets to work there and play the piano.

hey, the babies looked spoilled to me.

that guy looks like a redneck.lol

  • It looks as if someone is very comfortable and I know is very spoiled. He looks as if he owns the place. But cats somehow know how to take over everything and everyone. That’s one of their kittikin charms.

Princess blends with the blankie. Camo Cat@@

PianoBlizz is playing on a grand piano. I know she is having a very neat experience. I hope she is enjoying making music for the hotellers.

You can skate later. It’s okay. When the time is right, you’ll be on ice!!

  • Have fun shopping!

Glad you are feeling better; viruses are no fun.

  • I like spending time here too but….duty calls.  I ignore it and stay here anyway.

Love the cat pic.  What would life be without them?

    Have a great week ahead.

  • how do you tell the cat from the carpet?  good grief!  i’d be so afraid i’d skoosh her.
sat her and chuckled over the bravery of the late, great caesar the cat.  sitting in the front of the “prison”.  :]

i have to go shopping now, too.  for our house and for dad.  then head out to visit mom.

    have a stellar sunday, woman!

  • Gads….that guy looks like some of my family….

Your kitties are sooooo adorable. Mine likes sitting on the desk between the screen and me. Maybe she thinks that’s the only way she can get my attention?

    Glad you’re feeling better!

  • Pretty kitty —but that last shot doesn’t do redneck justice.

  • Someone shot their mower?  I’d think taking a sledge hammer to it would of used up more rant.

  • So good to see a bloggie from YOU.    I’m glad all is going well.  What a fabulous job, to sit in that beautiful hotel and play the piano.  LUCKY!  She must be in heaven.

  • Shy Princess !

I  understand you disn’ t skate since you got a virus and fever .
Compliments for the peach pie . I taste it from Amiens !:!!!
Thanks for the news , Rosemary .

I will be leaving Xanga for a while starting from next Saturday August 2 .
    Love

    Michel

  • Hehe, silly baby boy!  He’s so cute!  Is that his room or Blizzie’s?  She looks like such a natural there at her piano job.  Our girls have been fortunate to have jobs they like (especially the younger ones!)  And speaking of natural, Prinnie blends right into the background of that rug she’s lying on.  She almost looks like a relief sculpture.  Glad your rents are doing well.  My mom is still really sickly… Dad seems to think she should be bouncing back soon, but I have no idea how (she can’t take anymore chemo… she’s had the limit she can tolerate.)  Anyways, I am not around here very much myself.  Maybe we will come back when it cools off.

  • Hey…it’s been awhile but I understand completely.  I definitely will be blogging much less.  Perhaps then I can get all caught up.

I came by again to thank you for the birthday wishes.  That made my day special.

What would life be without our dear kitty friends…

    HUGS…
