Thanksgiving
is America’s national chow-down feast,
the one occasion each year
when gluttony becomes
a patriotic duty.
~Michael Dresser
I hope all of you, what everrrr you are doing or where ever you are off to, have a superb Thankies-giving.
A safe one too. Do not go driving like a maniac on the interstate, okay?
Today, I skated, then I went to Walmart and got some Christmas lights, then I came home.
It is drab here, I think we have some rain coming. It is 40 degrees but not windy.
I like cold weather a lot, but I hate wind, hate it.
What are your plans for Thanksgiving?
Blizkin is coming home tomorrow around noon. She is taking Amtrak to Arlington and I will pick her up at the Metro
I have to get my eyes checked on Wednesday, I have not had my eyes examined in at least 2 years, maybe more.
I know the doc is going to tell me I have some horrible disease… I have floaters.
Okay so tomorrow I am getting up really early and going to Wegmans and buy a lot of food.
I am making the turkey and several other things.
I really wanted to have Thanksgiving at my house this year, but… I did not push it enough and it is probably better that we have it at mom and dad in Annapolis.
I might have a New Years Eve wingding here and invite my parents to that.
I am excitapated.
Right now, I have a zillion things to do, and I would like to accomplish them
I hope you are well and happy.
Have a superfun Thanksgiving. Don’t eat too much, really.
Well, here you go, the most ridiculous Pierro

Pierro is tending to bizzzznessss! One must remain well groomed at all times!!!
I think it’s good you’re going to your Mom and Dad’s. I can imagine with all the cooking, etc. that she’s probably going to feel better at home especially since she’s not feeling her best.
I’m happy The Blizz is coming home tomorrow. I know how excited you get…and that will of course mean more cookies!!
We will be home this Thanksgiving..the four of us. Frank’s parents are doing the whole family thing of course, but since mom is not ready to party yet, we will stay here and do our own thang. Besides, that will mean more leftovers and good pickies for later!!
Have a wonderful day if I don’t see you before Thursday. Be safe!
LOL…love that pic.
I hope you have a great Thanksgiving even if it isn’t at home. I like that word….excitipated….or however you spelled. it.
Awwww!!! He is so amazingly cute
I am cooking a feast fit to feed and army for the six of us on Thanksgiving. I was really hoping that my mom would come down, but my stepfather made the trip to pick up Max alone yesterday. so…just us. And lots of food. If you are down our way I am making the black forest cake for Thursday
Have a happy Thanksgiving
Awwww….such a little cutie!
Glad your daughter is coming up for the holiday. It’s good you get to spend time with family, I’m sure you’ll have a good time. Eat too much? Moi? I won’t eat any more than what I normally do…..
Oh, how lovely is Pierro! My Toby sleeps like that, all wrapped up and ready for sleep!
Drive with care Mommers dear; enjoy those parents and love on them this Thanksgiving and many blessings to you and your family. Kitty kisses (whever thought kitties were clean? they are covered with cat spit!) winky winky
Enjoy all of your Thanksgiving with or without the cranberry sauce.
Pierro has absolutely no modesty but…he doesn’t care either. Shameless cats!
Anyway…Our church is having a Thanksgiving dinner and we signed up for that. I’ll be glad when we live closer to family. I’m thankful that we will be spending our Christmas at Val’s but sorry that the kitties have to be in prison(boarding at the vets)
After Obama gets on the throne, all of our problems will be solved and we’ll be able to sell our home here(you wanna buy it?…just kidding..I know you don’t like Florida weather)
Don’t overdue it now.
Thanksgiving Blessings to you!

WITH! definitely with cranberries
I wanted to wish you a Happy Thanksgiving. I love this time of year and the food is always special. Our Thanksgiving will be just the two of us but we will enjoy the day, movies and good food. I can’t cook like I used to but our menu will be more than the two of us can eat and I hope I don’t have problems getting left overs put away.
I love your cat photos and in fact wish I could have one of those cats I like what I see so much. We have a cat who has adopted us and its very smart and its looks are pleasing. It is becoming a much nicer pet than it started out to be. I know its fun to take their photos and it doesnt mind at all.
Have a really nice holiday.
